My experience with Vesta and my agent Jenny, was without difficulty and very successful. The facility we found for my mother is a great fit. She has quality of care, involved in activities, and made friends. All things that improve her condition and provide us with peace of mind for her twilight years. They are familiar with the area and know the care facilities provide. It is without hesitation that I leave this review and recommend using Vesta.

I only wish I had talked with Pam at Vesta sooner! She was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, kind, and brought a level of levity to the very stressful decision of where to move my dad with dementia. Her validation made me feel way more confident in our plan. Best decision I made was to ask Pam from Vesta to assist us to find placement! She was with us all the way through the process : assisted us to find places to tour, which would best meet our needs, scheduled the visits, toured with us and helped us to decide which would be best. Pam did this all on a day when she was to be traveling, as this was the only time family could meet. Thank you Pam ! So happy with how everything turned out.

Pam Foti gave me great advice that my family was able to use to help my Dad pick the right living situation for his needs. Without Pam’s perspective, the decision would have taken longer and involved more trial-and-error. She has also recommended services for moving that will make the transition much better. Pam went above and beyond to find my mother the perfect place. She even spent a great deal of time helping us out when she was on vacation. The place she found is extremely clean and beautiful with everything my mom needs in memory care and assisted living. Pam found a place that will assist her with therapy, physicians, her memory needs, her medications, and not to mention the most welcoming staff I ever met. Pam worked with us to find a retirement community for my mom. She knows the industry inside and out, and took all of our individual and personal factors into account to help us find the right place. She explained many things about the industry to us so that we felt informed about our decision. She was friendly and personal, AND she is local. This is super important, because some of the Internet places, like “a place for mom,” are not local, and they do know the Milwaukee area, nor will they personalize things for you at the same level that Vesta Senior network does. It is such an overwhelming process, you really do need a solid guide. Work with Vesta. It’s free to you and well worth every minute.

I cannot say enough about how extremely happy we have been with working with Vesta Senior Network. My husband and I had been taking care of my 92 year old mother with very agreessive Alzheimers for a year and 8 months at our home. We needed help to find a suitable place for mom with memory care.We worked with Jenny Wagner from Vesta. She was like our guardian angel from the very beginning.She was extremely knowledgeable,compassionate, available at all times and listened to what we needed and wanted for mom.She worked very diligently to find what worked for mom’s needs and our budget. Courtney was brilliant. Our 96 year old mother was already having serious coping issues when she broke her leg. Medicare abruptly ended service, and we had 48 hours notice to find a place that could support Mom’s rapidly changing medical complications, in addition to her existing cognitive impairment. Courtney listened carefully to our needs and criteria, and immediately lined up several possibilities. She was quick, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Her knowledge of the system was invaluable to us. We cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her. TEN stars!

This is a review for Courtney Russell, senior advisor for VestaExcellent 5 StarsOur family was in a difficult situation, where our 94 year old Dad was in the hospital 3 times in 3 months. Something had to change. Dad had many needs requiring a high level of assistant living, as we discovered. Mom on the other hand, was quite independent. Mom strongly resisted leaving their home.The rehab facility recommended Vesta to us. Courtney got right on it! We were immediately set up with appointments to tour 3 viable assisted living choices. What most impressed us about Courtney is that she was at our side for each step, listened to our specific needs, provided detailed comparisons of choices including costs. Any questions were answered in a very timely manner, explained clearly and professionally. In less than 1 week, we found our parents new home. Courtney continued to walk us through this process step-by-step. She cautioned us in a very kind manner, when needed, providing experience we lacked.Again, we are completely satisfied with Courney’s help. It is unbelievable and amazing that just 1 week and 1 day after 1st seeing the assisted living place of our choice, both parents are now in their new home. Their new home has been very friendly, helpful and receptive to our needs. Courtney made what appeared impossible possible.

If anyone is considering moving a loved one into an assisted living facility, I couldn’t recommend Vesta Senior Network and Courtney more. This process can be overwhelming and very stressful. Courtney got to know our family, the situation and was with us every step of the way making a difficult situation less difficult. Her recommendations with spot on and she was there with us to ask the questions we didn’t even know to ask. My aunt had broken her pelvis and couldn’t live on her own anymore after living in her home for over 70 years. We toured four facilities with Courtney and needed to find a place fast because rehab was releasing her. Courtney had a great knowledge of the facilities and was able to give us the pro and cons to each facility as it related to our family member. She even recommended an attorney that specializing in Elder Law. We were able to find my aunt a beautiful new home with the help of Courtney and she helped to smoothly make the transition for our loved one.

We recently needed to find an assisted living facility for my sister. Living out of state made this seem impossible. Courtney, at Vesta set up a zoom meeting with us to get to know the situation and get some background on my sister’s needs. She then went to visit with her and quickly came up with numerous places that could work. When we arrived in the city she had set up tours at a number of facilities and within a few days time we were able to find what has turned out to be a great place for my sister! She is so happy! Jenny with Vesta Senior Network helped me find assisted living placement for my grandpa. He was moving to southern WI from another state and has some challenging needs. Jenny recommended a wonderful facility that could meet all of his needs and was with us through every step of the process.
